Your first interview is with HR, which is your general go through your resume and what the job and place is type interview. The second interview would be with who your boss would be. In sales' case, this is the president. You may or may not interview with 1-2 more people in various roles. After this, you may have one more interview meeting and a plant tour where you'll be introduced to others in the facility.
