I had three back-to-back interviews. The first two went really well—the interviewers were engaged and asked thoughtful questions. The third interviewer showed up 10 minutes late and barely asked me anything—just two casual questions about my resume. Then, for the last 10+ minutes, they asked if I had any questions, but the whole time, they were just texting on their phone. It felt so dismissive and unprofessional. Got rejected about 10 days later, which wasn’t surprising. Seems extremely toxic culture.
