I applied, initial interview with Talent Acquisition professional. Interview in-person with a team the following week. Interview was focused on soft skills, seems someone on the team with little experience also applied for the role and they were trying to figure out how the new supervisor would handle them. Yet, when I asked HR about it they didn't seem to understand or recall whether the person was comfortable or not. Also, they couldn't explain why the predecessor was no longer in the role.
