After I applied I was contacted through LinkedIn and I received an email with a link shortly afterwards.
The goal was to answer a few "quick questions" (like it was described in the email) in a 30 min time window. There was no context whatsoever regarding what those questions were.
Basically, they were questions that "tried" to test your skillset in a "look at us, we are quirky and out of the box" way (like, explain X concept to a 4 year old, or Y to your grandma... yeah, I know...) . Then it was followed by a set of questions around phc itself.
These are the sort of questions that any serious PO/PM likes to have time to work on. It was baffling for me that they assumed candidates knew everything about the business (and even the software...they asked for improvements!) and could answer those questions in 30 min.
Overall it was a very disengaging process, that alienated me completly. Basically, it just told they think too highly of themselves.
These questions made sense with more time to answer and do research.
