This was a little while ago but the Initial screening call was with recruiter. Then you meet with upper management in person who basically asks you to run them through your cv and experience. Then there’s a third stage which I didn’t attend because I had another offer and told them that I wasn’t able to continue interviewing. They then offered me the position anyway without the third stage which I declined.
