Received an e-mail regarding an interview about 10 days after applying. They wanted a phone screening before moving on to an in-person interview. They called me unannounced for the screening which meant I was not very prepared. Unfortunately I have not heard from them since that screening. I am not mad that I didn't get an interview because it was a competitive process, but I feel that I at least deserved a courtesy e-mail. The recruiter on the phone was friendly though
