I did a screening with a Recruiter named Dawn, and I thought the conversation went really well. We even talked about how difficult it is for young professionals to get jobs because everyone wants a ton of experience and how we just need one person to beleive in us. Anyway, I was told to expect next steps within a week, and after 3 weeks and 3 follow ups, I got nothing. After a final follow-up, I got an automatic email saying how they're pursuing those with more experience. I would've appreiciated an update without having to follow up four times.
