The interview process has multiple rounds and all questions are generic finance questions which covers basic bond math, technical skills, market understanding and behavioral. Nothing unexpected from each round of interview. Some sample questions would be: 1. how to calculate duration for a portfolio 2. Convexity 3. team experience/personal skills 4.summary of the current market

3 rounds (HR, Portfolio Manager, Team Head). HR was very simple. PM asked ablut investment approach and Team Head was more fit related. Overall quile lean and effective. I can recommend it.
