Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela PIX System (Home) em nov. de 2019
Entrevista
Anonymous video interview: The recruiter asked 5 canned questions while recording the video. The recruiter was not technical and it felt like interviewing for a YouTube channel. Thought I'd try it since I'd not done that kind of interview before. Obviously no chance to actually get to know me. They're welcome to whoever they get, if that's the care they take over getting to know and judge people. Also, they're typically paranoid about remote working - see it as a perk, not as a way for the employee to give them an extra 2 hours a day for free because, you know, they're a grown up who does this because they enjoy it. Horrible.
