Interviewed in 2019. There were two interviewers, and one of them took the lead. They alerted me to a multitude of internal problem through oversharing. Lots of red flags. The only reason why I even bothered to the second interview is that they placed such high importance on a specific certification, which they said I likely would not pass, even with my level of experience. Up for a challenge, I took the blind test for this certification and was 1 right answer from being certifiable. Upon being presented with the results in the second interview, they downplayed it after previously holding it in such high regard. This is a sales technique to be able to low-ball someone, which they then absolutely did. No one should work for someone who is already attempting to devalue you before you even sign anything.
