Pros: Interview was fine, interviewer was polite and professional. Process was clear and communication was okay. Cons: Surprisingly old-fashioned for such a big company. Still required hardcopy documents even after sending softcopies, and had to attend the interview in person. Would expect a more digital or flexible process.
