Interview with a screener and then a writing test for 90 minutes where you write an op-ed and edit an op-Ed. The screener call was pretty easy and the op-ed was also a pretty easy to understand topic and actually pretty fun to write.

Entrevista
Screening interview, then an editing and writing test which is a bit much for a director-level position. For an entry level position, sure.
The editing and writing prompts let you know quickly which way this place leans politically. Additionally, they send you an editing test in a word document which just means as soon as you open it, all the errors are highlighted for you, testing nothing. Their writing prompt states they were more concerned with rhetoric, not facts. Truly hilarious and unprofessional.
And then they did not even bother to follow up for more than a month.
