Entrevista
Interview was a mixture of questions about experience and competency based questions. Overall pleasant interview and got a real sense of the companies culture and the working style. Its a lot of independent working so having someone with initiative was on the list of priorities.

Entrevista
Sent CV through a recruiter agency. Called for a first round face-to-face interview (even during this COVID level 5 lockdown). After a few technical questions, Operations Manager was asking soft-/behavioral/fitment to company/STAR kind of questions. with they felt to go ahead for next round. They even said so. Next round would be with another technical fellow, who is responsible for applications.
They later after couple of days rejected, saying -
1. I don't have medical background (What were they doing before asking me to drive down all the way from Tralee to Cork ??? Why did they shortlist ??)
2. My experience in BLE and all is only a couple of years. (same question again - What were they doing before asking me to drive down all the way from Tralee to Cork ??? Why did they shortlist ??)
3. they talked about Openness & Transparency needed in the company (Where was it when they gave negative feedback? I am sure they decided not to go ahead with me, not because of above mentioned reasons !)
4. They were mentioning - they are super busy ( Am I having fun driving all the way from Tralee to Cork??? I am also busy. Wasted my half day) .
GOOD THAT I WAS NOT THROUGH this interview !!! .

First round - Technical - typical medical embedded device applications - BLE, WiFi, IoT, Over-the-air Fw update, Development tools, PIC microcontroller , (in future they would use ARM it seems) , Low battery power, Safe development practices (as is healthcare) - all experience stories based on your CV. Finally, in the same round, Operations Manager was asking soft-/behavioral/fitment to company/STAR kind of questions.
