Submitted on line and heard back within one or two weeks. They flew me out for an on site interview and put me in a nice hotel to prepare for the interview. I got a job offer next day when I was back home. They give me a base salary and told me that I can negotiate the salary. I didn't negotiate it. I just take as it was. The only issue with me is that I never got my reimbursement for the trip because I mail it to them but it went missing. They paid airfare and hotel major part of it. So it was only about 100 expenses.

Just applied on company's website, and got a call back in 3 days, did two sets of interviews, and was offered a job in a week period. I had 3 years of public accounting experience prior to this position.
