There is usually only one interview with the area sales manager. The process is pretty straight forward like any other outside sales job. Be prepared to answer questions in regards to your sales background. Especially outside sales positions and skills.

Usual type interviewfor a sales role. I had to sell myself, shared how I achieved top ranking numbera in former.positions, give numbers expounded on my strategy to meet and exceed goals. They are looking for the best - GO getters. Tough but good interview.
