First, it was phone interview that lasts 1-15 minutes. Then they'll set up interview with your manager, their manager, and AVP of the floor. Depending on how long you last, this process might take up to 6 weeks. All of them are very formal, very tedious. Lots of questions asking why you're here and whatnot.
