The interview was professional and went very well with my manager . She was very polite and asked a lot of questions and wanted to get to know a lot about me and asked me how much more I wanted to know about PNC as a bank and what they offered their customers.

I was asked what made want to work at PNC, my experience with banking, how would I handle various customers coming into the branch at the time be it good or bad and my approach with B2B sales.

I applied and got a response the next day. They sent me a link for an interview that consisted of STAR questions, personality questions, (i.e. describe your ideal work environment), and multiple choice questions.

The hireVue portion was easy but the wording was confusing. The interview process is fairly quick, a lot of behavioral questions and scenarios to gage how you would react. After the HireVue portion you play a few games one was a mathematical one just easy addition, multiplication and subtraction, one was a matching game with shapes, and one was this or that choices with weird photos

Interviewed with the recruiter. She was very professional and also made it comfortable. I felt heard and cared for VS just being another number in the company. Looking forward to my 2nd interview!
