First a phone interview, then an in person interview. Very intense, just have to be confident and ready to reply. They were very friendly, but they really want someone who is reliable and don’t mind working. Customer service is also key.

It was a digital interview on HireVue. 5 pre-recorded interview questions were there. You were allowed 30 seconds to think and then 2 minutes to answer each question. It was followed by two games and a psychometric test.
