PNC takes a very tedious approach to hiring. The process starts with a virtual interview with a talent aquisition specialist, a virtual with the hiring manager, an in person with the team. All of these atleast 1 hour or more. After this, you must create a presentation to give to a group of people. If you move on from there, you will have a superday interview that also lasts multiple hours.
If you don't know if you want to hire someone for a position making less than $100k after 3 hours, there is an issue with your hiring process. All in all, expect to spend 6-8 hours interviewing and 4+ hours creating a presentation. Don't forget you need to take time off your current role to do all of this!
