1. Phone screening first for 15 min over Microsoft teams 2. They went over the details of the job and the duties of a CSR 3. They scheduled an interview the next day with the interviewer 4. They interviewer was extremely rude (Made me very skeptical) But it was all behavioral questions 5. Heard back 2 business days later (after emailing for an update) 6. Got a job offer and accepted it (PS during the interview and screening, they made it very clear that there is no room for flexibility for scheduling. It's all based off customers and business needs. So if you need a flexible job, this isn't it.)
