Entrevista
All the process was online.
First interview with HR staff, it was quick and easy, only questions about my previous experiences.
If you pass they will send you a homework activity with two parts, part one: you have to create a website on Wix platform and apply some of the plugins existing there; part two, you have to answer three customers' emails, then, send it back to the HR staff.
About 10 days later, I got an email from the CS manager, inviting me for a video interview, he made more specific questions, but overall it was easy.
It's been exactly two months since the last interview and so far I haven't been contacted by any of them to tell whether or not I was approved. I have even sent an email to the HR staff asking for feedback about it, but nobody has replied.
