I got the phone interview opportunity from university career service website. They asked questions about SAS programming. Then I got the on-site interview two days later. People were very nice and easy-going. They talked a lot and gave you many useful information about the company and the position. They were looking for a suitable person and asked many behavior questions. Working environment is good.

there was a detailed and long talk with hiring manager over the phone interview. I want in for onsite. It was a long day. Talk with all folks in the group. Hiring manager asks difficult questions from statistical theory to practical use, from software to projects I did. I made a presentation as requested. People are friendly... I had a good interview but was not given the offer... maybe they want someone who have more experience in their fields.
