I first had a casual screening phone call with the recruiter. She then set up a call with the hiring manager. It was an hour long phone call to get to know me and my experience. It was rather informal and casual. Following that call I was scheduled to interview with two directors. They asked me to present on a project I've done. The remaining interview questions were mainly centered around their principles.

The HR recruiter provided the basics of the job description. The interview was virtual and well organized. There was recommended interview preparation that was helpful. The questions were STAR based asking for examples of a situation, task, action and result.
