Entrevista
I was contacted by a HR specialist for an interview a few days after I send my application. Everyone I met in the company left me with a very positive impression - from the said HR and the receptionist who greeted me when I arrived for my interview, to the managers I spoke with.
The interview itself was more like a very pleasant conversation. I was asked about my motivation and experience - especially for a more detailed description of the tasks I've preformed in my previous internship.

What are your future career plans? What do you know about the CRO industry?
Two interviews. The second was more technical and the first was more getting to know me. Both interviews were with multiple people. The second one was with video on microsoft teams while the first one was not with video.

Entrevista
Did not reach back to me after the 2nd interview. When I sent an email to them asking when i'd hear back... no response. Disappointed in this company and how they handle the hiring/interview practice.
They gave me an email telling me they were going to call. The shceduled a phone interview which was 45 minute interview followed by a 30 minute interview.
This was followed up a week later by a skype interview
