I applied online and was contacted by email for a phone interview. The phone interview was very simple. I came in for a one-on-one interview with about three different people, one after the other. This interview included several tests: a math test, an IQ test of some kind, a copy editing test, a writing test and a proofing test. I was also asked to draw a cat. This was followed up with another interview with two people at the same time.
