Arrived on time. I was left waiting 10 minutes for the owner who obviously wasn't prepared for the interview because I could just then see them looking over the resume. Opening interview questions were curt, unprofessional, and as if they were doing me a favor. I was asked what I know about their business regarding their assessments like RMR and DARI. Questioned on education and questioned why I would fit since I don't have a degree in a science or a masters. I have two degrees, proper certifications, and 12 years in the bodybuilding industry. The owner was combative at my lack of a graduate degree in science while she herself has a masters in administration and a knowledge of dental hygiene, neither of which themselves have to do with fitness. She would understand coming from the outside or next to an industry you care about, but her attitude was like I was already being put on a PiP. I applied online and they invited me. If I wasn't a fit on paper, why was I invited? If I'm there anyway, why can't you treat me like a human being?
