There were 3 steps, and from the very beginning I felt that my needs and desires were valued and taken into account by everyone involved. The 1st online interview was with the Head of People & Culture, who made me feel comfortable and the conversation flowed easily. The 2nd online interview was with 2 members of the Customer Care team, and, again, it was a great conversation, so much that I didn't want the meeting to end. The 3rd and final stage was an on-site interview, which involved a take-home test (which I had a week to prepare), some on-site tasks corresponding to the position I applied for, a tour of the beautiful office, lunch with awesome people from other departments, and a final feedback round. I can honestly say that this has been the recruiting process I have enjoyed and wished to succeed the most.

I was in the office, nice atmosphere. Everyone was very interested in what I was presenting. But apparently, I had some issues with the presentation, it wasn't taken in a bad way. However I wasn't hired.
