In person, more like a conversation and very straight forward. First went through a phone screening and set up an in person interview about a week later. All in all a very easy process.

Pros: Friendly staff Beautiful atmosphere Easy going interview Great, and i mean great benefits They have a store/ food options/ salon and spa/ pools/ etc all under one roof Cons: Long wait times for interview Long wait times after interview to receive offer email

Fairly difficult interview for a front desk position, but it is understandable as the company cares a lot about who they hire and to make sure everyone is the right fit for the position.
