I was contacted by the company on Jan 10th 2012. They wanted me to come in for an interview ASAP but due to my old job I had to postpone it till the 15th. Once I entered the interview room, the HR lady who welcomed me kept me company till my future boss arrived. My interviewer was very easy to talk to and didn't really grill me like I expected him to. He asked me some simple questions and was to the point. Luckily, I got the job, as there were other candidates. All in all it was a very comforting and great experience. Just be prepared and you'll find that the people are very friendly and laid back.
