I got a referral from a friend. And since there is a referral bonus - he sold it to me completely wrong. Upper management then gave me a run down of the job and it was not true. Pretty easy interview. Basic questions. Got the job on the spot.
They will tell you the job is more glamorous and there is room for growth in the company and that is not true.

I had two in person interviews. Went pretty smoothly. Nothing to difficult. Asked common questions, how did you hear about this job, tell me about your first job, what do you like to do in your spare time.
