Entrevista
3 stages. Firstly, introduction to the company. Secondly, you introduce yourself to the panel and the other applicants and answer a random question. Do exactly as they ask and smile and be pleasant. Speak so all can hear and speak clearly. Dress like a flight attendant because you are also judged on grooming. If you did good you with make it to step 3. Step 3, face to face. This is like speed dating. You will be asked questions by 3 employees. PSA employees make it fun and pleAsant. Good luck
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.
