I applied online mid October, received an assessment in my email and at the end there is a video interview. I can’t remember all the questions for that. About 2 weeks later I received an email offering me a f2f in Charlotte. I went to the f2f on Nov 29.
At the f2f there was a presentation-they really stress the pay and reserve status- then there was a group activity. After you presented in groups they had you read a bit of an announcement. Then there was a break. They check your ID, social security card, and passport and you move on to the one on one interview. After the interview they send you on your way and tell you to look for an email the next few days. I got an email the day after with a CJO.

They ask mainly situational questions trying to see how you might handle passengers. They also ask how you’ll deal with the low pay and relocating to a base.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
