I applied online and within a week was sent a questionnaire. The next week I received a email letting me know that PSA was interested in next steps. I was sent information and completed a video interview- I had some technical difficulties, but eventually figured it out. Later that day, I was sent an email informing me that I’d been selected to go to a face to face interview. Very exciting.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
