Very easy going. Very friendly. Make sure you socialize with your other candidates early on. Be sure to get the day before flight , hotel and go to the interview location . A lot less stressful. Starts with a presentation on the company, then a group activity. Then one one ones. The people who interview you are real psa airlines flight attendants so make sure you are really personable. You will read aloud an announcement in front of everyone so just remember to smile and stay calm. Posting this to pay it forward. They said it would last 5 hours but mine lasted 3 hours. They say you will hear back within a week. No offer yet. Paying it forward. Good luck!

Tell a time you made a mistake and what did you do to fix it.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
