First interview was an HR interview. More like gauging a personality match up between you and the company and ask about general problem solving skills. They ask about the job you are applying for- since this was dispatch they asked how we would describe three important characteristics of a dispatcher. They also asked what we are looking for in a company and team setting. Then the interviewer gave me a card and said when I was ready to reach out for my second interview to give them a call.
