There are a total of 2 interviews. The first is with HR and an Operations Manager, and the second will be additional higher ups. But questions are largely similar, just make sure you do enough company research and be honest in your answers.
Straightforward.
Able to commit to shift work
Skeptical about inboarding process dont know which department u will be deployed to...Can be improved by clearer instructions. Different types of shift but HR didnt inform. Thus clearer picture would be better

Applied online and they got back in 3 weeks. Basic interview questions about yourself like describe past jobs and what you know about the company. Simply prepare well. Friendly interviewers that don't make you feel too pressured. They seem to know who they are looking for so try to suit their needs.
