The interview was quick and professional. After a brief self introduction the manager and other staff members started asking questions about my personal experience and my skills related to the position. The mistake I made was that I exhausted some of my STAR example that I had prepared before hand and when the manager and other members of the team started asking me STAR format questions, I couldn't repeat the same examples.
