Process was pretty simple. Did a phone screen. Got setup with an interview and then got hired! Pretty simple a good process. On boarding did take some time but nothing super strenuous.

Entrevista
An initial screening interview with staffing company that goes over your resume. Then interview with hiring manager. Questions about why you applied, when you exceeded expectations, what is communication to you. Offer letter details the “$2000 sign on bonus,” which is not a sign on bonus. You get a 1000$ bonus in first paycheck, but have to pay it back if you don’t stay for at least
6 months. Second 1000$ bonus is given at 6 months and you get to keep it if you stay another 6 months. Onboarding process is about 3 weeks and includes a health screening through advent health.
