I applied through their platform once I saw the job opening in LinkedIn They replied a month later by email asking for my availability during the week, I replied instantly with my availability, I even shared some insightful thoughts about the job and the market, that was ignored for another week when the recruiter replied only to tell me she is busy and she have slot available by the end of the following week, I replied INSTANTLY that is fine with me During the interview: she was not prepared, she didn’t give any structure information, all her questions were pure screening, which is fine as a first interview, she didn’t answer any of my questions, her answer was always this : I dont have this information, you can ask the hiring manager on the next round, she didn’t even explain the interview process, 3 days later I received a generic rejection email, which felt very weird saying AFTER careful consideration we decided we will not move forward with your application, I replied INSTANTLY asking for clarification asking based in what grounds was this consideration and I was really asking on which points I need to work on, as I really care about improving my weaknesses, I put the recruiter cc, she replied 3 days later that the job was closed
