It definitely wasn't like any of my previous job interviews. Plus, the CEO was hiring only freshers, something I was unaware of at that time. It was tricky and how! I had to do a lot of research in order to be prepared and I had a reason to try my best... They were offering twice or thrice the salary bench-mark for freshers!
