I talked to a total of 4 people (including hiring manager) for 30 minutes each. 3 of the 4 interviews were productive and helped me get a better sense of what the job entailed and how I would be a good fit. Be prepared for at least one entire session devoted to what you are "passionate" about outside of work. There were attempts to make these questions seem at least tangentially related to the job, but in my opinion, they were simply life style questions.
