Initial interview with individual on the team in similar role. Interviewer did not even introduce herself or explain the process. Jumped right into a series of qualifying yes/no questions with some situational / behavioral based questions mixed in. Second interview with HR recruiter. Much friendlier. Asked questions about my situation and interest in the organization.
