I went through a phone call with Human Resources. Talked about the basic overview of my experiences. I was emailed different times to interview online. We talked about the role and how my experiences fit. They select people for the second round in person. They check for company fit during the in-person round. It's a lengthy process. I think it would have been worth it, but I accepted a job that had a shorter hiring process and got back to me first.
