Entrevista
I was contacted through LinkedIn from one of their recruiters Carlos. He is very professional and I went through 3 interviews. The process did have a few hiccups but I didn't want to give up the great opportunity to work for Pacaso. Each individual asked key questions to gain a deeper perspective on my sales methodology and customer relations. I did not receive an offer unfortunately but that does not change my opinion that working for this company would be a great opportunity. The recruiter was very helpful but parts of the process were quite rushed and not all questions were answered in detail. If there were more specifics provided and ample time set aside for some of these zoom interviews that would have helped the overall experience.

The interview process at Pacaso was truly the most unique and candidate-focused experience I have ever had.
I was referred by a current employee and the process was very quick. I interviewed with the recruiter on a Monday, had interviews with the Manager, VP and CRO on Tuesday/Wednesday and received my offer Wednesday night.
Not only did the recruiter follow-up with me immediately following each interview, I was provided feedback on how I did and clear next steps. This communication kept me engaged and even more excited than I already was about the role.
If the experience I had during the interview process is anything like my time will be at Pacaso, I know I'm in great company!
