The interview process consisted of three meetings, two with the manager and one with the campaign leader where I was able to get a first hand point of view of the daily operations as well as hearing more about the growth within the company. It was your typical interview. Nothing fancy, nothing unexpected.

Noticed opening on career website. Sent email with basic resume and cover letter. Received generic email the same day expressing their interest in me as a candidate. Upon arriving to the interview, I was directed to a small conference room with about three other candidates. I arrived early for my interview and did not meet with anyone for at least thirty minutes.
An 'executive' called me and we went to his small office. He asked the typical questions about your ideal career and attempted to tell me about the company. I began losing interest fast when he mentioned that everyone starts at the same place for the company and wanted everyone to become 'executive account managers.' After asking him questions, I learned that the job paid "on average between $35-40k/year and performance incentives were available."
There seemed to be a lot of travel required with the job and he mentioned that fuel was reimbursed. The majority of the job would be attending training classes for a few hours a day then going "into the field" to see what they do. Basically, they represent brands that no one has ever heard of and told me they had 27 clients and 10 clients on wait list which was why they were looking to hire three candidates.
When asked if I could meet the person who emailed me, the hiring manager, I was told I couldn't meet her and she wasn't working in this office. I was told that once an executive account manager, I would have my own office and have a client base. When I asked him if the offices were in the building I was interviewing in, he basically said that meant working from home...
After reading the other review submitted March 18, 2014, I agree with their findings as well. It didn't seem like a 'real' company and nothing was mentioned about healthcare, benefits, etc.
