Phone screen with recruiter, followed by stakeholder and executive interviews over video. This went at a pace that worked well for me, spanning the course of 3-4 weeks. Most questions were very focused on the qualifications and experience desired for the role.

Some behavioral questions, but mostly focused on relevant skills and experience. Interviewers paid close attention to making sure I fully understood the needs of the role. As an early growing start-up, I'm appreciated the focus on the needs of the business.
