Group interview mixed with people that applied for HVAC technicians, dispatch, customer service, literally all the positions available. Two people from Pacific Heating & Cooling controlled the interview. One gave his talk off before taking groups out in sets of three. Major build up - complete waste of time

I submitted my resume online, It was immediately followed through later in the day with an interview request for the next day. You sit with about 15 other applicants and they go through about a 20 minute orientation and tell you about the company and what they are looking for. They then bring you back to a separate room in groups of three, and then ask each of you two questions, the first is "Tell us about what you like in a company?" The other is "Tell us about yourself?" The orientation cues you in, just pay attention and answer your questions in an honest and positive manner and you should do well.
