Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Pacific Biosciences.
Entrevista
Three runs, last group interview takes around 5 hours. Group presentation and discussion takes 1H. Then each interviewer has 30 minutes one on one interviews. Everybody is super nice. A lots of techniques questions. Hiring manager is very professional. Different teams joined the interview.
Applied online then had a phone screen with Recruiter. Very shortly after was asked to talk with the hiring manager. No response for a few weeks after that. I reached out to the recruiter a few weeks later when I was told I did not get the position, and was given a vague reason. I count this as being ghosted.

Entrevista
The interview process was completely done remotely. It was good mix of science, sales, management. They attempted to be non-threatening, but ultimately , I was not up to the position.
