A initial phone call to begin the process and then an on-site interview with the VP of the company. The call was 30 minutes and the on-site was about an hour.

Interview process took a while, but was fairly straightforward and painless. Not a lot of digging into the technical side of finance, but rather focused more on personality traits and compatibility with the industry in general.

Entrevista
Personable and in depth. They tend to find the right fit in culture. Most people are trainable but finding the right co-worker creates an atmosphere of success. Its that culture that seems to build the base of what is being built on.
