The interview process was fairly easy. A recruitment agency set the interview meeting on my behalf. The 1st interviewer was thorough and upfront with detailing the nuances and processes of the job. We briefly discussed my job experiences and personal life without going into great detail. The 2nd interviewer gave an overall description of what type of individual was needed for the position. Since the 2nd interviewer was more of a executive level, this portion of the interview was short but fairly more lax. The discussion was more to get a feel of my overall understanding of the position and discuss the overall view of the company. Both interviewers were great and easy going.
